These specialists are in charge of standardizing the organoleptic attributes of the grains, such as: acidity, body, aroma, sweetness and flavor.
We have one of the quality laboratories with the highest technology in the country. The team of specialists is made up of highly trained chemists, who verify: the raw materials and their consistency.
