CAFIVER’s main objective is to produce products of excellent quality. To guarantee quality coffees, we implement a cupping laboratory made up of a group of Q grader certified experts. These specialists are in charge of standardizing the organoleptic attributes of the grains, such as: acidity, body, aroma, sweetness and flavor.

We have one of the quality laboratories with the highest technology in the country. The team of specialists is made up of highly trained chemists, who verify: the raw materials and their consistency.
